How to get rid of the Sudowoodo blocking the road

Route 20 connects Cedar Town to Osier Town. It is a long, winding path, with tall grass as far as the eye can see. Numerous trainers wait along the trail for a challenge, and one girl is being chased by a Snubbull on top of a hill. To be sure, this will be a challenging path for anyone wishing to reach Osier Town and the Safari Zone. To get rid of the Sudowoodo blocking this route, you need the water can from the flower shop in Cedar Town.
